Our holiday home near Lake Garda is ready to welcome you with an exclusive ambience featuring contemporary furnishings. Its 130m2 interior offers plenty of space for two to six people. You’ll find three spacious bedrooms with double beds, which can also be separated. If necessary, cots can also be provided for children. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed which can sleep an additional two people. The large kitchen features a Nespresso machine with capsules, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and display fridge for wine, as well as tea towels, dishwasher tablets, sponges, and washing-up liquid. In the two bathrooms with shower, you’ll find a hairdryer, towels, cosy slippers, and toiletries. Our 400m2 garden treats you to moments of pure relaxation. Immerse yourself in the pool or simply unwind in the lounge or on the terrace.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Before your arrival date, you’ll receive an e-mail with all the information you might need for check-in. One of our representatives will be there to meet you and hand over the keys, and will give you a tour of the villa as well as useful information for your stay. This representative will also be your point of contact for any assistance you might need.
Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
CLEANING
The final cleaning and mid-week cleaning (Wednesday at 11 a.m.) of Ca’ Verde Oliva is included in the rental rate. If you would like additional daily cleaning during your stay, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. For a surcharge of 70.00 euros, we’ll be happy to clean your luxury villa on Lake Garda for you.
CAR PARKING
Ca’ Verde Oliva has two covered parking spaces available for you, as well as charging stations for electric cars. If you need additional parking, you can use the free public car park which is a short walk from our slice of paradise.
PETS
Dogs are welcome at Ca’ Verde Oliva. We charge 20.00 euros per night.
